LEMGAU GROUP, S.L. It was established by public deed executed in Madrid on June 28, 2024 before the notary Mr. José Enrique Cachón Blanco, with number 2024/2257 of its protocol.

From now on, the entity that owns the website will be called “Lemgau Group”.

Limón Casa is the commercial name used by GRUPO LEMGAU, S.L. for the provision and marketing of services related to the search, promotion, request, reservation and management of accommodation, mainly aimed at students.

The use of the name Limón Casa does not necessarily imply that GRUPO LEMGAU, S.L. is the owner or lessor of all the accommodation advertised. Depending on each property and service, Grupo Lemgau may act as an information platform, reservation service provider, accommodation manager, intermediary or authorized representative of the owner. The specific condition in which it intervenes will be indicated on the accommodation page, the reservation confirmation, the applicable conditions or the corresponding contract.

This Legal Notice regulates access, navigation and use of the Grupo Lemgau website and the pages or services offered under the name Limón Casa.

The purpose of the website is to offer information about Grupo Lemgau, Limón Casa and the products and services provided by the company.

In particular, the website may allow users to:

The publication of an accommodation on the website does not guarantee its indefinite availability. Availability may change until the reservation is formally confirmed.

The conditions relating to the price, duration, start date, end date, deposit, expenses, supplies, services, cancellation, entry, exit and coexistence rules will be those indicated in the particular information of each accommodation and in the applicable documents.

When Grupo Lemgau acts solely as an intermediary, reservation platform, manager or authorized representative, its responsibility will be delimited by the functions actually assumed and by the applicable conditions, without prejudice to the responsibilities that correspond to it legally.
